I recently purchased a Porsche from Topsfield and I couldn't be happier! I have been buying and selling cars for 40+ years and I will tell you this was the best experience yet. From the initial contact with Tim and follow up from Dan, the process was transparent, detailed and conducted with professionalism. This was my first out of state vehicle purchase and these guys made it easy and enjoyable. The car was represented exactly as it was when I showed up, meaning showroom condition. Tim spent a lot of time with me answering questions, providing historical service documentation and videos as requested. Rick was great to work with on the title and documentation preparation for registration in South Carolina. I was in/out at the DMV in less than 30 minutes with no issues. I also want to thank Patrick for putting the car up on the lift multiple times for me to review the car further and answer questions I had. He also completed some service tasks I requested prior to shipping the car. Patrick was very knowledgeable and helpful with the inspection. Dan was superb in helping finalize and close the deal. I can't say enough about his honesty and agreeing to extra help like delivering the car for an outside PPI. He has a great business and corporate philosophy putting customers first that's just hard to find today. This place was such a pleasant surprise! As a woman, I generally dread car shopping. Dealing with sleazy dealerships with people who don’t take you seriously, try to rip you off, and don’t expect you to have any car knowledge has made every dealership experience painful, until I stumbled upon this place. Dan was WONDERFUL throughout the entire experience. I just so happened to find this place through cargurus and was hesitant to make the drive up from Boston but god am I glad I did. The people here are pleasant, welcoming, and passionate about what they do. Every interaction was polite and respectful, even just stepping through the front door the staff was consistently eager to greet me and point me in the right direction. You can tell this business functions as a family. They source phenomenal cars at reasonable prices, and were just genuinely kind in every interaction I had.
