After having an uncomfortable, rushed experience at a big dealership, we were so lucky to find Topsfield Motor Co. This was our first time buying a car and everyone was incredibly helpful, courteous and took the time to explain everything. We were able to test drive, finance and trade in our old car quickly and efficiently and the experience was actually enjoyable rather than stressful. They put new tires on the car and ran it through their shop a final time before handing us the keys, easing any used car worries that we had. I would highly recommend going here. Troy and Rick were a great help and the showroom is like a museum (our son got a kick out of it).

I recently worked with Troy Sealy. I didn't actually purchase a car from this dealership, but felt compelled to write a review after my experience. Troy was honest from the minute I walked into the dealership. I was informed about the truck's history and the work the dealership intended to do before making a sale. I was given a fair offer for a trade, that included bundling upgrades to the vehicle I was considering. I was weighing a few different options at the time, so I never put a deposit down. Naturally, the truck was sold to another buyer. Troy reached out to let me know, and offered to purchase my vehicle anyway. I would recommend Topsfield Motor Company to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

I cannot speak highly enough of this place. Worked mostly with Troy and Tim, both of whom were patient, helpful, and super nice. The car was great, they serviced it just before we picked it up. The showroom was stunning. The service incredible, and they truly go above and beyond what is expected, and certainly required (which is saying something, since MA requires a lot!) of them. I have to say that we have never bought a used car, only new ones from the dealership. I was hesitant to even look, however with the prices these days and the products out there, I was very reluctant. We noticed on the TMC website a used VW Atlas, similar to my current car, and we went to look at it. Troy was such a great salesman that we ended up purchasing a 2022 Custom BMW X7! Not in my wildest dreams did I expect this to happen! The whole process was incredible, seamless and actually enjoyable! There was no pressure or annoying phone calls and the deal happened within 3 days (mainly due to the weekend). The car is incredible, the shop is pristine and Troy and Rick were fantastic! From the test drive to the financing to driving off the lot this experience was by far the absolute best! We have 4 drivers coming up in our family and we will not hesitate to visit TMC first!
