After having an uncomfortable, rushed experience at a big dealership, we were so lucky to find Topsfield Motor Co. I recently worked with Troy Sealy. I didn't actually purchase a car from this dealership, but felt compelled to write a review after my experience. Troy was honest from the minute I walked into the dealership. I was informed about the truck's history and the work the dealership intended to do before making a sale. I was given a fair offer for a trade, that included bundling upgrades to the vehicle I was considering. I was weighing a few different options at the time, so I never put a deposit down. The showroom was stunning. The service incredible, and they truly go above and beyond what is expected, and certainly required (which is saying something, since MA requires a lot!) of them. I have to say that we have never bought a used car, only new ones from the dealership. I was hesitant to even look, however with the prices these days and the products out there, I was very reluctant. We noticed on the TMC website a used VW Atlas, similar to my current car, and we went to look at it. Troy was such a great salesman that we ended up purchasing a 2022 Custom BMW X7! Not in my wildest dreams did I expect this to happen! The whole process was incredible, seamless and actually enjoyable! There was no pressure or annoying phone calls and the deal happened within 3 days (mainly due to the weekend). The car is incredible, the shop is pristine and Troy and Rick were fantastic!
